How it works

From the showing to the buyer's inbox in five minutes.

Realtor is what shows up when you flip Zeno into Realtor mode. The whole pack is built around one thing: turning a showing or a walkthrough into something a client can read and act on.

1 Tune Zeno to your specialty

Five questions. Then Zeno writes like you.

The first time you open Realtor, Zeno asks how you work. Your specialty, the price tier you most often list, what you call your clients, the listing description style you've trained yourself to write, your follow-up tone. Every output uses those answers.

  • 7 specialties + Other — Residential · Luxury · First-time buyers · Investors · Commercial · Relocation · New Construction
  • 4 listing styles — Lifestyle-led · Feature-led · Story-led · Data-led
  • 4 tones — Casual · Professional · Direct · Warm & detailed
2 Land in Realtor Mode

One home screen, every active listing & buyer in view.

Open the app, tap into Realtor, and you're home. Your next showing is at the top — one tap to start the voice walkthrough. The next row covers every common job: capture a showing, draft a listing description, prep a CMA, write a buyer follow-up, plan an open house.

  • "Continue" tile keeps the most recent showing or listing one tap away
  • Active-buyer count + active-listing count always visible
  • Same bottom nav as the rest of Zeno — no new tabs to learn
3 Log a showing

Five fields. Two seconds. Then you walk in.

Address, client name, showing time, walkthrough notes, tags. Only address and client are required — Zeno doesn't make you fill out a 14-field form before you've even toured the property. Everything saves on-device the moment you tap Save.

  • Address autocompletes from your phone's location services (optional)
  • Comma-separated tags so showings group by neighborhood, school zone, or buyer
  • One-tap Undo on the snackbar if you mis-tap Save
4 Capture the walkthrough — voice or typed

Talk through the property. Get a structured note.

Every showing has a Walkthrough Log. Dictate it room-by-room with your phone in your pocket, type it sitting in the car after, or both. Photos attach with one tap and tag themselves to the address. Notes are searchable by neighborhood, buyer, and feature later.

  • Three statuses — Touring · Following up · Decision
  • Photos route through the OS camera and into your Media Vault
  • Logs feed Draft Listing and Buyer Follow-up automatically
5 Generate the listing & buyer follow-up

Two taps. One draft. You review before anything leaves.

The Listing Detail screen has the outputs you'll use most as primary actions: Draft listing, CMA brief, Buyer follow-up. Tap any, and Zeno reads your setup answers, the property's walkthrough notes, and the buyer's memory card, then writes a draft in your voice. You edit. Then you publish or send.

  • Listing drafts render in the style you picked at setup — lifestyle, feature, story, or data-led
  • Buyer follow-ups know what each buyer loved, ruled out, and asked about
  • Drafts save to Saved Outputs so they're searchable later — never auto-sent
What Realtor creates

Six agent-shaped outputs. Written in your voice.

Every output is generated from the same source: your setup answers, the property's walkthrough notes, the buyer's memory card, and your photos. You can edit any of them before sending or publishing.

Listing description

MLS-friendly copy in your chosen style — lifestyle-led, feature-led, story-led, or data-led. Fair-Housing-aware before you ever hit publish.

CMA prep brief

Address in, structured brief out: comparable scope, talking points, pricing range. Saves the first 45 minutes of every CMA.

Showing notes

Time-stamped walkthrough notes per visit. Voice-dictated or typed, tagged to the property, searchable across every buyer.

Buyer brief

Each client's living memory card — must-haves, deal-breakers, neighborhoods, school zones, price flexibility — updated automatically after each showing.

Open-house plan

Pre-event prep, day-of script, post-event follow-up sequence — drafted from the listing and your past open-house wins.

Client follow-up

Drafted from the last walkthrough + the buyer's full criteria history. Opens your SMS or email composer pre-filled — you tap send.

Real example outputs

Walkthrough notes go in. Client-ready drafts come out.

Both of these were drafted from the same showing — 1242 Magnolia Ave with buyer Jordan Patel. Same notes, two audiences, you choose how to use them.

Lifestyle-led listing description 1242 Magnolia Ave · Magnolia Heights
3 bd · 2 ba · 1,840 sf · Offered at $612,000
Wake up to sunlight pouring through original cathedral windows. Spend afternoons under mature oaks in a backyard built for slow Sundays. Walk five minutes to the farmer's market, three to coffee, and home before the porch light comes on.
This 3 bed, 2 bath Magnolia Heights cottage has been thoughtfully updated — chef's kitchen with butcher-block island, refinished pine floors, a reading nook tucked into the dormer — while keeping every detail that earned the neighborhood its name.

Criteria-aware buyer follow-up Hi Jordan,

Great walkthrough at 1242 Magnolia today — appreciated how clear you were about what's a yes vs a maybe. I made a note about the south kitchen and the home-office potential in the dormer.

Based on your criteria, I've lined up two more for this weekend: one in Magnolia Heights with a similar dormer setup, and one in Eastside that isn't on MLS yet. Both walk to coffee, both have street-parking solutions.

I'll send addresses by tonight. Saturday morning still good?

Two promises every Realtor user gets, every time: it works without signal, and your buyer list isn't somebody else's training data.

Works between showings without signal

The OFFLINE READY chip lives at the top of your Realtor home, with a live count of showings saved. Capturing walkthroughs, snapping photos, updating buyer briefs, and drafting listing descriptions with the on-device model all work without internet.

Every showing, buyer brief, photo, and draft is stored locally in Zeno's encrypted database. Zeno never auto-sends or auto-publishes. The Send / Publish helpers open your SMS, email, or clipboard with the draft ready — you choose what goes out.

What is the Zeno Realtor Pack?
Realtor is a workspace pack inside Zeno, a private AI assistant for your phone. It turns showings, voice notes, and photos into listing descriptions, CMA briefs, buyer briefs, and follow-up messages — all while remembering every client's criteria. It's $99 one-time and works offline. Launching this fall.
How does Zeno write listing descriptions?
During the 5-question setup, you tell Zeno your specialty and the listing description style you write in (lifestyle-led, feature-led, story-led, or data-led). When you tap Draft listing on a property, Zeno reads your walkthrough notes and photo captions and writes a draft in your chosen voice. You always review and edit before publishing.
Does Zeno respect Fair Housing language rules?
Yes. Listing description drafts are checked against a built-in list of high-risk Fair Housing terms before they're shown to you. If the model produces flagged language — references to protected classes, family composition, religious institutions used as locators — Zeno highlights it and suggests a compliant rewrite. You can still publish whatever you choose; Zeno surfaces the risk, you make the call.
Will it work offline at a showing?
Yes. Showing notes, voice walkthroughs, buyer briefs, photo capture, and on-device listing drafts all work without internet. The OFFLINE READY chip on the Realtor home screen shows a live count of saved showings. MLS lookup and SMS/email send are the only things that need a signal.
Will Zeno remember each buyer's criteria across showings?
Yes — that's the whole point of the Buyer Brief. Each client has a memory card that updates after every showing: what they loved, what was a no-go, price flexibility, must-haves, deal-breakers. Next time you tap Draft follow-up on that buyer, Zeno reads the whole history.
Does Zeno sync with my MLS or CRM?
At launch: one-way export to clipboard, PDF, and your SMS/email composer. MLS field-mapped export (RESO standard) and CRM sync (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, BoomTown, Salesforce) are on the post-launch roadmap. Waitlist subscribers shape which integrations land first.
Can I edit drafts before sending?
Always. Every generated listing description, CMA brief, buyer brief, and follow-up opens in an editable view. Edits save back to the same draft in your Saved Outputs. Nothing gets sent or published without you tapping a Send button yourself.
Is my client data stored anywhere besides my phone?
No, by default. Zeno's database lives on your device, encrypted at rest. Cloud sync is optional and off by default — when you turn it on, you can scope which packs sync. Your buyer list, showing notes, and client memory are not training data for anybody else's model.
