What is the Zeno Field Pack?
Field is the first paid workflow pack inside Zeno, a private AI assistant for your phone. It turns a normal jobsite visit — your voice notes, photos, and a couple of taps — into a customer-ready estimate, punch list, and summary message. It costs $49 one-time and runs offline.
How does Zeno write estimates from my notes?
During the 6-question setup, you tell Field how you estimate (detailed line-item, simple totals, conservative range, or time + materials) and what tone you use with customers. When you tap Draft estimate on a job, Zeno reads that job's field logs and writes a draft in your chosen style. You always review and edit before anything goes out — Zeno never auto-sends.
Can I send invoices and get paid?
Yes. Every estimate can be converted to an invoice in two taps — the line items, tax rate, deposit, and your terms pre-fill from the estimate so you don't re-type. Export as a branded PDF (with your business name in the header) and share through your phone's normal Messages, Mail, or share sheet. Mark the invoice Paid when the check clears. Job statuses track the full lead → quoted → invoiced → paid lifecycle.
Will it work offline on a jobsite?
Yes. Job logs, photos, punch lists, voice notes, on-device estimate and invoice drafts, and PDF export all work without internet. Cloud sync (optional) and SMS/email send are the only things that need a signal.
Does Zeno send messages on my behalf?
Never. The Send to customer helper opens your phone's SMS or email composer with the draft pre-filled. You see it, edit it, hit send. Zeno does not have, and will never silently obtain, the ability to send messages for you. This is a hard rule in the product spec.
Will Zeno learn how I write?
Yes — through your setup answers and a small per-pack memory store. Field remembers what you call your customers ("clients" vs "homeowners"), your estimate style, your tone preference, your sign-off, and your business name (printed on every exported PDF). Every draft uses those. You can update them in Settings any time.
Which trades is Zeno Field built for?
Out of the box: Handyman, GC, Plumber, Electrician, Painter, HVAC, Roofer. There's an "Other" option for mobile services and inspectors that don't fit those buckets. The estimate styles and tones cover most jobsite-shaped work.
Can I edit the AI output before sending?
Always. Every generated estimate and summary opens in an editable view. Edits save back to the same draft in your Saved Outputs. Nothing gets sent without you tapping a Send button yourself.
Is my customer data stored anywhere besides my phone?
No, by default. Zeno's database lives on your device, encrypted at rest. Cloud sync is optional and off by default — when you turn it on, you can scope which packs sync. Field's whole point is that your customer list isn't somebody else's training data.
