How it works

From the discovery call to the signed proposal in one pack.

Business is what shows up when you flip Zeno into Business mode. The whole pack is built around one thing: turning messy client context into the next document you have to send.

1 Tune Zeno to your shop

Five questions. Then Zeno writes like you.

Setup asks your business shape (consultant / freelance / agency / coach), revenue tier, what you call your clients, your proposal style, and your default follow-up tone. Every output uses those answers.

  • 8 shop types — Consultant · Freelance · Agency · Coach · Solopreneur · Account Manager · Boutique · Other
  • 4 proposal styles — Problem-first · Scope-first · Phased · Single-page
  • 4 tones — Casual · Professional · Direct · Warm & detailed
2 Land in Business Mode

One home screen. Every active client in view.

Open the app, tap into Business, and you're home. The client needing the most attention is at the top — one tap to pick up. The next row covers every common move: recap a meeting, draft a proposal, outline a quote, send a follow-up.

  • "Continue" tile keeps the active deal one tap away
  • Active-client count + pending-proposal count always visible
  • Same bottom nav as the rest of Zeno — no new tabs to learn
3 Add a client

Four fields. Two seconds. Then start tracking.

Client name, primary contact, business type, project tags. Only name and contact are required. Everything saves on-device the moment you tap Save.

  • Optional company info auto-fills from your existing notes
  • Tags group clients by industry, project type, or referral source
  • Each client gets a memory card immediately — context starts compounding from day one
4 Capture the meeting — voice or typed

Talk through the call. Get a clean recap.

Every client has a Meeting Log. Hit record at the start of the call, or dictate after you hang up. Zeno transcribes on-device, tags decisions and action items, and updates the client's memory card so next week's call doesn't start from zero.

  • Three statuses — Notes only · Recap drafted · Recap sent
  • Decisions and action items extracted automatically
  • Meeting feeds Draft Proposal and Follow-up outputs
5 Generate the proposal & follow-up

Two taps. One draft. Memory-aware.

The Client Detail screen has the outputs you'll use most as primary actions: Draft proposal, Quote outline, Follow-up. Tap any, and Zeno reads the client's memory card, the latest meeting recap, and your tagged context, then writes a draft. You review. Then you send.

  • Proposals render in the style you picked at setup
  • Follow-ups know the last promise you made and when it's due
  • Drafts save to Saved Outputs so they're searchable later — never auto-sent
What Business creates

Six client-shaped outputs. Written in your voice.

Every output is generated from the same source: your setup answers, the client's memory card, and the latest meeting recap. You can edit any of them before sending.

Proposal draft

Phased, problem-first, scope-first, or single-page — whichever style you picked at setup. Drafted from the client's memory card.

Client memory

A living card per client — stakeholders, objections, promises, stage, budget posture. Updates automatically after every meeting.

Meeting recap

Decisions, action items, who's responsible for what, sent within the hour. Pulled from your voice transcript or notes.

Quote outline

Quick price draft with scope, assumptions, and risk lines. Not the full proposal — the one-paragraph "ballpark" you send mid-call.

Follow-up

Drafted from the last meeting + every open promise. Opens your SMS or email composer pre-filled — you tap send.

SOP

Codify a repeatable process into a one-page SOP you can hand to a contractor, intern, or future-you. Searchable forever.

Real example outputs

Discovery notes go in. Client-ready drafts come out.

Both of these came from the same client — Mitchell Studio brand refresh. One you send before signing; one you send after.

Promise-aware follow-up Hi Sarah,

Following up on Wednesday's discovery — the phased proposal is attached, structured the way you suggested (strategy first, then the build).

As promised, I included Maya in the v2 review notes so she's in the loop from the start, and I lined up the June 17 start we discussed. Total comes in at $14,000 across both phases.

Happy to walk through it whenever works. Sign by Friday and we hold the start date.

Two promises every Business user gets: it works without WiFi, and your client list isn't training data.

Works between meetings

The OFFLINE READY chip lives at the top of your Business home. Capturing meetings, drafting proposals, updating client memory, and writing follow-ups with the on-device model all work without internet.

Your client list stays on your phone.

Every client, meeting, proposal, and quote is stored locally in Zeno's encrypted database. No HubSpot dashboard, no Salesforce admin, no team plan you can't escape. Cloud sync is optional and off by default.

What is the Zeno Business Pack?
Business is a workspace pack inside Zeno, a private AI assistant for your phone. It turns voice notes and meeting context into proposals, quote outlines, meeting recaps, and follow-ups — with a per-client memory that carries forward. It's $79 one-time and works offline. Launching this fall.
How is this different from a real CRM?
It's lighter. There are no pipelines to maintain, no fields to fill, no team admin. Each client gets a memory card that updates from your meeting recaps and voice notes; outputs (proposals, follow-ups, quotes) draft on demand. Most solo operators don't need HubSpot — they need to remember last week's call and write tonight's proposal.
How does Zeno write proposals?
Setup asks your proposal style (problem-first, scope-first, phased, single-page) and tone. When you tap Draft proposal on a client, Zeno reads their memory card, your latest meeting recap, and any tagged context, then writes a draft in your house voice. You always review and edit before sending.
Will it work offline?
Yes. Client memory, meeting recaps, voice notes, proposal drafts, and on-device AI all work without internet. Cloud sync and SMS/email send are the only things that need a signal.
Will Zeno remember each client?
Yes — that's the core feature. Each client has a memory card that updates after every meeting: what they care about, who else is in the room, what objections came up, what stage they're at, what you promised last. Next time you tap Draft follow-up, Zeno reads the whole history.
Does Zeno integrate with Stripe, calendar, or email?
At launch: opens your SMS/email composer with drafts pre-filled, exports to PDF and clipboard. Stripe payment links, Google/Apple Calendar sync, and Gmail send-on-behalf are on the post-launch roadmap based on waitlist demand.
Can I edit drafts before sending?
Always. Every generated proposal, recap, quote, and follow-up opens in an editable view. Edits save back to the same draft in your Saved Outputs. Nothing leaves Zeno without you tapping Send.
Is my client data stored anywhere besides my phone?
No, by default. Zeno's database lives on your device, encrypted at rest. Cloud sync is optional. Your client list is not training data for anybody else's model.
